The GST benefit covers AssistGenX coordination fees for GST registration assistance and GST nil-return filing for up to 12 months for eligible Indian businesses maintaining a paid package. It applies only to nil returns for tax periods with no reportable transactions. Government fees, late fees, penalties, tax liability, DSC, amendments, non-nil returns, bookkeeping and external professional charges are not included.
