Terms of Service

By accessing the AssistGenX website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors and clients across India.

AssistGenX provides business services including digital marketing, social media management, Meta advertising, Amazon marketplace support, Shopify website building, WhatsApp automation, CRM setup and compliance coordination. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

Compliance and registration assistance is coordinated by AssistGenX and may be delivered through qualified professional partners where regulated expertise is required. AssistGenX is an independent services provider and is not a government agency.

Government approvals, marketplace outcomes, advertising performance, rankings, sales and ROAS depend on external authorities, platforms, account history, market conditions and client inputs. AssistGenX does not guarantee any specific approval, registration, filing acceptance, ranking, sales result or advertising outcome. Timelines depend on service type, document readiness and government or platform processing where applicable.

To enable effective delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents.
• Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms and tools where required for agreed work.
• Review and approve scopes, creatives and configurations in a timely manner.
• Pay agreed fees and any separate third-party or platform charges when due.

Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, marketplace charges, government fees, taxes, domain costs, paid integrations, API usage and third-party professional fees are separate from AssistGenX service fees unless explicitly included in writing. Clients are responsible for direct payment of such charges where applicable.

Client-owned accounts, business assets, content and data remain the property of the client. AssistGenX retains rights to methodologies, templates, frameworks and tools developed internally. Deliverables created for a client under an agreed scope are transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated.

AssistGenX accesses client accounts and platforms on a permission-based basis only. Clients may revoke access at any time, though this may affect the ability to deliver ongoing services. Clients retain ownership of their accounts and business data at all times.

AssistGenX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from services or third-party platform actions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for actions of government authorities, Meta, WhatsApp, Amazon, Shopify or other third-party platforms.

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable. Prepaid monthly services may be cancelled with notice as specified in the applicable proposal. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination.

AssistGenX may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
