This Service Policy describes how AssistGenX delivers business services across India, including the engagement process, client responsibilities and the boundaries of our scope. It applies alongside any written proposal or agreement for a specific engagement.

AssistGenX engagements generally follow a structured process:

1. Discovery — understanding the business, current stage and goal.
2. Scope & Checklist — providing a clear service scope, requirements and next steps.
3. Setup & Execution — completing agreed work and sharing progress updates.
4. Ongoing Support — follow-up, recurring compliance or optimization where selected.

The specific deliverables, timeline and price for any service are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Timelines depend on service type, document readiness and government or platform processing where applicable.

Compliance and registration services — such as GST, Udyam, FSSAI, trademark and incorporation assistance — are coordinated by AssistGenX and may be delivered through qualified professional partners where regulated expertise is required. Government fees, taxes and applicable professional partner costs are separate. AssistGenX does not guarantee approval, registration, filing acceptance or any government processing timeline.

Digital marketing and Meta Ads services include strategy, content, campaign setup, management and reporting. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the relevant platform and is not included in AssistGenX management fees. Results such as reach, leads, sales and ROAS depend on audience, creative, budget, market conditions and platform factors, and are not guaranteed.

Amazon services cover listing optimization, keyword research, PPC management, account-health monitoring and performance analysis. Amazon advertising spend, marketplace fees and creative production are separate. AssistGenX does not guarantee rankings, sales, Buy Box placement or specific marketplace outcomes.

Shopify website building includes theme setup, storefront configuration, page structure, payment and shipping setup assistance, basic SEO and analytics connection. The final quote depends on page count, catalogue size, custom functionality and content readiness. Shopify subscription, paid themes, domains, paid apps, payment-gateway charges and custom development are separate unless included in the written proposal. Speed scores, SEO rankings and sales are not guaranteed.

WhatsApp automation services include chatbot flows, lead capture, CRM routing, broadcasts and team inbox support. WhatsApp and Meta conversation charges, platform subscriptions, API usage and third-party fees are separate. Automated or broadcast messaging requires appropriate consent and compliance with applicable WhatsApp and Meta policies. White-label availability, features and commercial terms are confirmed in a final partner agreement.

To enable effective delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information and timely documents.
• Grant permission-based access to accounts and platforms where required.
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
• Pay agreed fees and separate third-party charges when due.

AssistGenX provides regular progress communication through the agreed channel. For ongoing services, status updates and reviews are shared at the cadence specified in the proposal. Clients are encouraged to raise questions or concerns promptly so they can be addressed during the engagement.

AssistGenX may update this Service Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
